- US Rt 1 Overseas Highway, an amazing trip in itself! Mile marker 39 between Missouri Key and Bahia Honda.
Check-In: Sunday 4:00 pm (no earlybirds!)

- Participants must be in good physical condition.
- Must have strong swimming skills.
- Able to maneuver rough, coastal limestone terrain at the shore, enter and exit the water unassisted and descend and ascend from a boat. (ladder will be available)
- Must have a basic understanding of snorkeling and the equipment needed.
- Participants are responsible for having the proper snorkeling equipment in good condition, an understanding of its use and arrive ready to go!
- All participants are required to sign a liability release.
- No PETS Allowed.
- No smoking in the Tiny Houses.
- Participants must be 21 years of age (unless prior permission has been granted)
- Tiny Houses are Double Occupancy.
- A Florida 7 day Saltwatwer Fishing License is required for taking live mollusk specimens, lobster harvesting and fishing. Bag limits apply. (Lobster Season August 6 ~ March 31)

- Your Basic Snorkel Needs Should Include The Following Equipment:
- Mask and Snorkel -or- Full Face Snorkeling Mask
- Snorkeling Fins at least 24" long
- FOR YOUR PROTECTION - UV Clothing: Top & Bottom, Long Sleeve Top and Full Coverage Leggings
- Dive Gloves
- Footwear: ankle height dive boots or water shoes, make sure they fit in your fins.
When purchasing your equipment, visit a reputable Dive Shop for a proper fit and personal attention. If you are familiar with snorkeling equipment needs, shop online or visit a Sporting Goods Store or Major Retailer.

Meal Recommendations:
You will have a well-equipped kitchen in your Tiny House to meet your needs for quick and easy food prep or venture out to a local establishment. We will provide a list of our favorite local eateries at the orientation. (Sunday, day of arrival, 6:00 pm)
We recommend the purchase of Groceries prior to check in. Winn Dixie, Key Deer Blvd. Big Pine Key, Fl. 33043 (8.5 miles, 12 minutes from the resort) Publix, 5407 Overseas Hwy, Marathon, Fl 33050 (11 miles, 17 minutes from the resort)
A variety of lunchtime sandwiches, snacks and drinking water will be offered during each snorkeling session. You are welcome to bring your own favorite food items on the boat.
Included with your trip are 2 meals, Sunday night's Welcome Dinner and an On The Beach Dinner prepared by Chef Johnny!

Cancelation Policy:
Due to the exclusivity of this trip, cancellations must be submitted in writing and postmarked no later than 45 days prior to departure. In the event that an unforeseen event occurs you may send someone in your place, please notify us immediately with the participants information. Inclement weather: all activities can safely take place, rain or shine. Participants should strongly consider purchasing trip insurance, especially with the potential for tropical storms and hurricanes. No refunds will be issued after the 45 day cut off date. The $500 deposit is not refundable.
